I’ve made a “pilgrimage” (LOL?) to Blizcon one of my goals this year as well, I really hope to make it out there if I can scrape together the money *cough* credit card *cough*. I never really go on vacation, but it’s something I really want to get to!

Blizzcon is a lot of fun! I’ve really enjoyed the 3 I’ve attended Tickets are always a hassle, but you can always hold off booking things at cost until you have some. I think last year we booked our Hotel because there is no cost to do that, and then picked up airfare later.

If you can afford it – AND you can win the ticket lottery, then it’s probably worth it. If it is in Anaheim again this year, you should plan on a Disneyland day, too.

If you can afford it… why not? Sounds like lots of fun and it can be one of those once in a lifetime things.

(However, from my POV, flying to the States [from Eastern Europe] and paying the convention fee would be way too much trouble and way too expensive. If I suddenly got richer and could arrange something more extensive – holiday + Blizzcon -, then it would be very tempting.]
